International Transfer of Data
In the process of making available the Services to its Users, JENNA may transfer information that it collects to affiliated entities or to other third parties across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and elsewhere, including outside of the EEA.
If you are located in the EEA, your personal information will only be transferred to locations outside of the EEA where we are satisfied that adequate or comparable levels of protection are in place to protect personal information. You may opt out of receiving direct marketing and promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications or by emailing email@example.com . Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts.
With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device or by contacting us (see below).

Please note, we will not ask for a fee to exercise any of your rights in relation to your personal information, unless your request for access to information is unfounded, respective or excessive, in which case we will charge a reasonable amount in the circumstances.
